Scientific Letter was created by the Scientific Networks Software Ltd. The Scientific Networks Software company develops and distributes software products that help scientists to communicate over the Internet using the language of mathematics. Our company specializing in scientific software only.

Scientific Networks Software company was founded by two brothers who were both scientists. Slava Shevtsov from Institute of Applied Mathematics and Andrey Shevtsov from Šurchatov Institute of Atom Energy.
